Can you substitue vegtable (corn) oil for olive oil in a pizza sauce recipe?

would it change the taste or anything

Yes, you can!! Yes, it will eliminate the olive flavor. But it will be good anyway. I don't happen to like olive oil so usually use veggie oil in most of my cookery.

Oh, please note: corn oil is a grain oil, olive oil is a fruit oil, all fruit oils have very distinctive flavors.
