I need a recipe for a cookie pizza with a sugar cookie crust?

im going over to my friends house on saturday, and were gonna make a cookie pizza. since shes getting all of the ingredients, i need to find the recipe. i dont need help with the toppings, just the dough. we wanna make a large sized pizza. thanks for ur help
