What are some of the best "natural" rye breads? I've looked at the ingredients list on a variety of rye breads available at my grocery store, and they all list at least 20 ingredients it seems. I've read that the fewer ingredients, the better, and all that

There are a few whole grain rye breads with a german name and I can't think of the name! They are smaller dense packages wrapped in cellophane, I have found them in international groceries and places like whole foods.
