well, there are 409 reviews at 4.5 stars
i just thought that yeast needs to sit to rise for a while before you can bake and not just 5 min
what kinda of yeast do i buy?
Quick yeast needs only a little time to rise, or else you'd have a huge, puffy pizza dough. And yeast, once cooked, won't affect you one way or the other unless you have an allergy to yeast. Good for you for wanting to learn about cooking.. there is no finer feeling than to put out good food for your family, your friends, or even yourself. Happy cooking!
