Easy Cheese Pizza Recipe

Are there any easy vegetarian recipes utilizing few ingredients?

I haven't been cooking vegetarian all too long, and I need some stuff to cook for dinner in the coming weeks. My kitchen is a little understocked, and I don't have many seasonings. I was wondering if anyone knew of any recipes that don't include many ingredients so I don't have to buy a ton of things at once? I've had little luck on various recipe sites.

I did find one Blue Cheese and Asparagus Pizza recipe, if that gives you a hint as to what I'm looking for. Vegan stuff isn't necessary, but it's preferred.

I like making tempeh reuben sandwiches. You need sauerkraut, swiss cheese, tempeh, and 1000 island. I hate mayo, so I make my own 1000 island using vegenaise and ketchup
